Bontainer Cancellation Policy

At Bontainer, we value transparency and want to ensure you have full clarity on how cancellations work for your orders.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are securing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, securely store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the remaining balance when the product is available.

  • Before Fulfillment: You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

  • After Fulfillment: Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our [Returns Policy].

Standard Orders

Once placed, standard orders may be canceled before shipment. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled but may qualify for return under our [Returns Policy].

Warranty Terms

All Bontainer products include a one-year warranty. Please note:

  • Warranties are considered null and void if the project is built by a non-certified installer.

  • Certified installation ensures the quality, safety, and long-term performance of your product.
