Bontainer Inc. values every customer and is committed to resolving any concerns related to our products or services in a fair and timely manner. If you experience any issues, we ask that you contact our team directly at support@bontainer.com so we can work with you toward a resolution.
By placing an order through Bontainer Inc., you agree that any concerns regarding the purchase, delivery, or condition of your container will first be addressed directly with Bontainer Inc. management. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution with us may result in counteraction measures, especially in cases where merchant service providers (including but not limited to Visa, Amex, Intuit, and Apple Pay) rule in Bontainer Inc.’s favor.
